The current level cap without unlocking unlimited levels with the Tillu Superstar is 9. If you’re over level 9, but don’t have the Plato Superstar you won’t be able to continue to earn XP until you unlock it.
In some cases we can help recover your account. However, we’ll need to verify specific information with you first. Please e-mail us with your old Tillu ID and we’ll let you know if we can help.
There are no longer limits on profile picture uploads. If you’re having trouble, try a completely different picture.
Your account has been banned for violating one of our Community Guidelines. This is most often due to using profanity or spamming (typing the same thing multiple times, very quickly). Bans are permanent.
You can delete your account by tapping on Profile > Gear Icon > Privacy > Delete Account. HEADS UP: This cannot be undone, so think carefully before confirming!
